Some Festool saw blades feature variable tooth spacing, which results in reduced vibration producing cleaner cuts and less noise. All blades have laser cut expansion slots to reduce warping related to heat build-up. This means all cuts have the best quality over the blade's lifespan and better cut performance. These slots also reduce vibration. Low vibration = cleaner cut.
